Currently, aside from studying BSc “International Management and German” at the University of Bath, UK, I am supporting GLOW Association as an Assistant Counsellor. Since then, I am completely hooked on the GLOW spirit and I can't imagine my life without it so I keep returning each year, this time as part of the Sustainability team in its Marketing division while also being an AC . Besides that, I am a student at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, and I am trying to figure out what I want to do after I graduate. Some interesting facts about me are that I am really fascinated with psychology and personality tests, I love cooking but I can never follow a recipe strictly and one of my favourite activities is daydreaming.

Hello, my name is Margita Kolcheva or also known as small Magy and I was a camper during the 2009 edition of LA GLOW. Currently, I am GLOW's PR (Public Relations) Director, which means being responsible for the logistics behind the marketing side of GLOW, mainly the website, the online shop, the media accounts and GLOW’s relationships with other organisations and institutions. Outside of GLOW, I work for a telecom company and am responsible for developing its sustainability strategy. When it comes to facts about me: I am interested in the topic of diversity and inclusion; I am attached to my beautiful notebooks where I usually write GLOWing ideas and other plans, sometimes even notes for the various training I lead. On the fun side - being able to cite the lyrics of different songs and rhymed children stories are part of my special skills.
